This is a follow-up to Going Solo.
6 months ago I made the decision to dive in to indie iOS dev full time.
And whilst it's been a fantastic experience, I've come to realize that it's not for me (not yet, anyway!). I don't think I knew how much I enjoyed working with others, as part of a team, before making this move, however it's something I've truly missed. I'm so fortunate for being able to try this out, and the time I've had to scratch a personal-project itch and dive deep into SwiftUI and Swift Concurrency has been invaluable.
So a few months ago I started looking for a job, and I'm thrilled to say that in the next few weeks I'll be starting at Apple in Battersea, London, working on media UI components for iOS (across Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, etc). ๐
I'm super excited about this new chapter, and looking forward to seeing where it leads!
